Tasks and Solutions
In collaboration with Keremet Bank OJSC, our team undertook an ambitious project aimed at digital transformation and improving the bank’s business processes. The project included the following key objectives:

Development of a loan application portal, providing a user-friendly interface for the bank’s clients.

Integration with external and internal systems, which enabled the automation of many processes related to data processing and customer request management.

Optimization of client card operations, including enhanced interaction through integration with external systems.

Implementation of a loan conveyor and scoring model, simplifying the process of assessing clients’ creditworthiness.

Deposit registration and servicing, Soft Collection.

Contact center setup, to improve communication with customers.

Migration to a new version of Creatio, including software updates to improve performance and data security.

Results
A comprehensive approach to project implementation enabled Keremet Bank OJSC to significantly improve the efficiency of internal processes, enhance customer service quality, and strengthen its position in Kyrgyzstan’s financial market. The introduction of innovative technologies contributed to the optimization of business processes and opened up new opportunities for the bank’s development and growth.
