Regional Development Funds under the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic

Main Project Goals
The primary goals of the project were the automation of business processes and ensuring transparency in the tendering process for financing.

Objectives and Solutions

As part of our collaboration with the Regional Development Funds (RDF) under the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, our team developed the tender system frr.gov.kg, aimed at informing suppliers and promoting transparency in the tendering process. The project addressed the following key objectives:

• Development of a portal for application submission, providing a user-friendly interface for clients

• Development of a portal for processing submitted applications

• Integration with the “Open Budget” system

• Successful development and launch of the application submission portal
• Automation and optimization of client service processes through integration with the Open Budget system
• Effective application management and process control
• Training seminars conducted for 43 RDFs, including 7 regional funds and 36 district-level funds across the country

A comprehensive approach to project implementation allowed the RDF to significantly enhance the efficiency of tender processes.
Currently, the system is in the process of being officially transferred to the balance of the Ministry of Economy.
